Phase One: Discovery & Vision
A collaborative kickoff where we document your space and clarify your goals, style, and budget alignment.
Deliverables: Site visit & measurements, client interview, mood boards, layout options, preliminary budget review.
Billing: Fixed phase fee.
For Businesses: We align the interior design with your brand identity, mission, and customer experience goals.
Phase Two: Design Development
We refine the concept into a clear design direction with details, materials, and visuals.
Deliverables: Refined floor plans & elevations, finishes & fixtures, color palette, 3D visuals/sketches, initial procurement list.
Billing: Fixed phase fee.
Phase Three: Documentation
Technical drawings and specifications are prepared so the design is ready for construction and accurate pricing.
Deliverables: Construction drawings, fixture & finish schedules, cabinetry/millwork drawings (if needed), finalized procurement list with vendors.
Billing: Fixed phase fee.
Phase Four: Construction Administration
We advocate for your design intent during construction, staying involved as needed.
Deliverables: Answering contractor questions (RFIs), site visits, problem-solving, adjustments for site conditions.
Billing: Hourly.
Phase Five: Procurement & Sourcing (Optional)
We manage sourcing, ordering, and vendor coordination so every item arrives on time and as expected.
Deliverables: Ordering & vendor communication, white glove delivery and tracking, quality checks.

Phase Six: Installation, Styling & Photography (Optional)
